If you have received an item which you believe is faulty, please contact us immediately. The item will be shipped to the manufacturer for inspection by the quality control team. If your item fails within 3 years of purchase date due to faulty materials or workmanship, a free of charge replacement will be given. The assessment made by the manufacturer will be accepted as the final decision regarding your claim.
