British Defenders Shipping Policy
Shipping Within the Contiguous 48 States, USA
Here at British Defenders we pride ourselves on our ability to ship our products the same day when they are marked as ‘in stock’ and ordered before 3pm ET. If you are urgent for an item, please call us so we can assist you in expediting your order:

If the item you wish to purchase is not marked ‘in stock’ or is a special-order part, please allow 6-8 business days for your item to be shipped.
We ship all of our parts and accessories with USPS, FedEx, UPS and UPS Freight via Ground Services. Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery once dispatched. For Express Services (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) please call us for a quote.
All of the charges outlined below are applicable for the 48 contiguous states only. For shipping to AK, HI or Canada, please call us for a quote.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $149 ship for FREE via ground services (unless otherwise marked as Oversize, Oversize+ and Freight.)
• Order value under $149, shipping cost = $15
• Order value over $149, shipping cost = FREE
• Oversize Items shipping cost = $25 (include but are not limited to: standard bumpers, fuel tanks, select chassis parts, wheel
arch kits, rotors & drums)
• Oversize+ shipping cost = $55 (include but are not limited to: NAS steps, side steps, seats, doors & glass)
• Freight shipping cost = $145 (include but are not limited to: large offroad bumpers, door sets & body panels)
In the event that your order contains multiple oversize or oversize+ items, we will combine the shipping via freight service and you will be charged a single flat fee of $145.
Freight Shipping via UPS Freight
Freight shipping for large combined orders or extra-large parts will be charged a fixed fee of $145.
This price is for delivery to Commercial Addresses Only. A surcharge fee of $25 is placed on all Residential Freight Deliveries as imposed by the carrier. Please allow extra time for freight shipping to residential addresses.
Chassis Shipping
If you’re build requires a new Chassis, we have got you covered. Please call us for the most competitive shipping quote within the USA.

International Shipping
We know the love for the Land Rover Defender extends Worldwide. If you live outside of the USA please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to work with you to get your Defender back on the road as quickly as possible.
British Defenders Returns Policy
Here at British Defenders, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 30 days of delivery date without incurring a restocking fee. We understand there are many reasons for returning an item and to make our return service as easy as possible, we have outlined the procedure for each return below.
Please ensure all returned goods are packed with care and sent via a tracked and insured service. We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged in transit & returned by you.
Goods returned after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns on goods after 90 days of receipt date unless the reason for return falls within the Manufacturers Extended Warranty.

Unwanted, ordered incorrectly or changed mind.
This item can be returned, at your cost, within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be new, unused and in their original packaging to receive a full refund. Any shipping costs or surcharges incurred will not be refunded. All refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Damaged or Defective
We implore you to check your goods as soon as you receive them and DO NOT sign for them if they are damaged upon arrival. If your order is delivered when you are out and left safe, please check it immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or defective goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery date. We can arrange a collection where necessary. The goods must be new and unused. All refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
Incorrect goods received
We understand that human errors do occur and if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange the return of the incorrect item and a replacement of the original order item will be sent. In the event that your original order item is no longer available, you will have the option to have it backordered or a full refund. All returned goods must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
